Geoffrey's Professional Career

Geoffrey has always had a hedonistic approach to work, money never seems to be either a consideration or a problem. In his own small world he just seems to float from one job or occupation to another. Treating them rather like confectionary he takes them from the shelf, sucks out the flavour and sweetness then discards the wrapper and moves on to the next interesting diversion.

In truth he is a professional good bloke!

Education was probably the reason for all of this, he hated school as he was obliged to do things that he did not enjoy, there were fish to be caught and later, girls as well, so why mess about with physics?

Geoffrey then managed to combine the two major talents he discovered when completing a spectacularly unsuccessful stint at college (he always said University).

The summer pursuit of motor racing was not in any way at odds with the winter drinking season, so he managed to  have a combined career which suited both him and the various licensed trade bodies.

A recent surge of enthusiasm has seen Geoffrey take on several new occupations and projects.

He accepted a directorship of the British Rubber Duck Company as it involves no real work.

His latest major achievements have been in motorsport, where he has established Team A1 Grimscote, which had an average maiden season, and more recently Corsa Cavallo Blanco for an assault on the F1 World championship. (See Motorsport).

Many years ago he had dabbled for a while as a restaurateur, however for some reason his establishment (pictured right)  never really prospered.

Nowadays Geoffrey is also enjoying considerable recognition as a commentator on injustice and oppression by "authority of any description", and as a champion of the little chap in motorsport. This has not endeared him to some 10% of people within these organisations, but has elevated him to hero status with the majority.

These photographs are from an extensive collection one showing "our Geoff" having a great time at a good bash! The other shows Mr Aylseford receiving yet another combined award for a joint contribution to the motor and drinks industry.
